Sady..... Scourge? Or beast? Who was that poor little old man with the cane she was on the verge of eating? Ever since her reappearance from who-knows-where, she's been awfully edgy. Growling and grunting at people more often than actually using vocabulary. Has her time away done more harm than good?

And what's going on with Twitch? That ugly little thing's been out of the sewers more and more, even hanging out in Elysium? Hanging out with Toreadors? Maybe it got ahold of some damn good drug laced blood, but hell, that little thing's been getting more and more strange by the night.

Following an incident last night at Seraphim's Tears involving a Demon, Marcel is absolutely furious, and was heard to be muttering that "the fuckin' Treaty's busted as shit." He is said to have appointed a new Seneschal, who will be dealing with the Concerto Club, and not taking any shit. Rumor places this new Seneschal within the ranks of, of all people, the Tremere. Rabble and Warlocks working together? What the hell is the Camarilla coming to?

"Well i heard from from my ghoul who has been talking to a man who ships to Toronto who knows a lady who is friends with the secretary at a building who SAW a man getting ready to leave. Then i hear from a guy who says he spoke TO the Harpy of Toronto, Nathan Quo. He said, and this is a quote. "There is a cook on his way to the big apple." Not only that but apparently this cook is an Elysium regular, and out politics the ventrue up there. Seems Miles Campbell, one of the resident Harpies is back from a trip to Europe. Elysium is once again a little less safe for those with boorish manners and poor sense of fashion. This should be of particular interest for aspiring kindred artists, as this is his field of expertise.

In the wake of the assault on Seraphim's Tears this week, several rumors are flying around like hotcakes...

1. The body count in the attack is rumored to be anywhere from 9-15, consisting of both ghouls and Kindred. Among the people rumored to be dead includes the Tremere Dominik Raskolnikov; Claudius, the Nosferatu Primogen; the Master Harpy Jade Bellerose; and Toreador Primogen Celest Aston. Certainly, none of them have been seen since the attack, though it's also rumored Celest is still around, just greviously injured.

2. The attacker, Aerin Thomas, was most certainly a Lupine, and apparently, one known the Camarilla. He was involved in a situation some time ago involving a Gangrel named Ita McNairee who was Blood Hunted and killed.

3. Marcel is...well, furious doesn't begin to describe it. A couple of his ghouls were supposedly killed in frenzy when he found out.

4. No conversation has been had with the Treaty Party; in fact, when the Treaty offered to help, they were turned away forcibly. Retaliation is believed to be coming soon...the situation in Elysium can be easily described as "tense."

5. A rumor that's popped up (though how much credence it has is a subject of debate) is that the Archons may be coming back into town to deal with the situation. They may or may not be looking for individuals known to have previously been in contact with the Lupine. This includes but is not limited to: Claudius, Gunther Berg, Steven Thompson, Spitfire, and Lesaro Laru.

The arabic speaking frenchmen is at it again, though no one seems to know what it is he is at, which all agree can't be good.

Some are saying that the Assamite is planning a coupe, sighting Serverus as his target even though he has never seemed much of one for politics.

Others say he is a Sabbat spy, sowing a plan to take down both the Tower and the Anarchs in one move.

What is he planning, where do his alliances stand, who is Superman?!? Only time will tell.

Have you had your picture taken lately?

It seems a few people have, and they are not pleased. No one is sure who is taking them, but a few have seen a photographer or another snapping away at their undead visages and if caught in the act the people seem to make a hasty retreat and go as far as killing themselves if they are caught.

Who is sending the camera wielding loyalists, and for what reason? Both questions that have no answer as far as anyone has said, but people are starting to point to it as a precursor to a Sabbat raid...

A new Gangrel has turned up on the Kindred scene by the name of Jason. he works bar in a dive of an indy bar in a run down section of the Bronx.

DD: Jason is a tall European male in his early 20s with light tanned skin (for a Kindred that is...). His longish silky black hair reaches the shoulders of his muscular looking upper body. Piercing grey eyes peer out from beneath the brim of his ever present trucker cap, to convey that he not some simple person you meet on the street- but someone who see a lot more than he says he does. He dresses to reflect his alternative-indie subculture style: white Van skate shoes, carpenter style jeans and a tight fitting black t-shirt that accentuates his athletic build and show off his well toned arms. He moves with a deft grace whether he is opening bottles of beer at the bar, on the dance floor or avoid the punch of a drunk patron in need of ejecting from the bar. His easy going nature, self confidence, lean muscled body and piercing gaze does make him appear reasonably attractive to women.

In the last few nights of April anyone with any contact with the ruling body of New York finds that they are gone to the last. From the Prince, primogen and sheriff, down to their lowest known ghouls.

No one was sure what was happening and warnings went out to keep a cautious eye out for Sabbat, but May 1st brought the answer in the form of a letter placed on the inside of the main door of every Camarilla member's given hideout for the night

"To whom it may Concern,

It is with best wishes that our glorious Prince Arthur Higgen Jules wishes your welcome to the new reign of the Camarilla within the holdings of New York City.

It is to be known that the Traditions will be upheld to their fullest extent and any breach shall be mended immediately and with a stern hand. Gone are the days of chaos, for while we may be monsters we are an intelligent breed and it is expected that each of us shows this intelligence.

Let it be known that Brooklyn was reinstated as Anarch holdings, and any who wish to dispute this may seek the heads of their own clan or the Prince himself on the matter, and that the punishments for hunting Brooklyn shall be swift. Let it also be known that should anyone find an Anarch hunting outside of Brooklyn the offense shall be reported to Arthur immediately.

If any seek to make introductions, please direct yourself to the Bellview Theater in Upper Manhattan and may the night bless each of you.

Any who take their eyes off the letter find it gone once they look back after reading it, and if seen reading they it find that the people watching them read it never seen any form of letter at all.

New batch of rumors that are spreading around the streets of New York through the vampire community's:

*Arthur Jule's is not only not part of the Camarilla but is in fact a Sabbat Archbishop posing to hold control of the city using his extensive reputation to hide the truth.

*There have been a string of assaults on fledgling Vampires, some even ending up missing. The few who have survived tell tales of horrendous monsters attacking them in broad moon light despite mortal presence. Some are pointing fingers at the Mages of New York, others at other nefarious things, the one thing that is sure is Arthur is not pleased, offering next to anything for any form of information on the situation... Prestige within the court is all but assured for the lucky person or persons who lead to the resolution of the matter.

*Some are pointing fingers at Spitfire as the true head of the city of New York... possibly using the power of his clan to create Arthur from nothing. Escow was quoted at Elysium as saying, "That would be a glorious prank wouldn't it" before falling into a laugh induced coma for three days. None are sure what to think of the allegations.

*Some are saying that Spitfire has aligned himself with the Sabbat, or that he has in fact been a Sabbat spy since his embrace. Others that he is a Camarilla spy.

*Brenden Gormen is on to something, people have been heard speaking of the Scourge in hushed tones. Some say power corrupts and more then a few fledglings are saying he is hosting a relentless assault on childer who never received the right to be embraced. Some say it is just decent to his position and the fear it carries with it, others that he has gotten out of line and is using his position to kill off any who he disagrees with, and a rare few say it is Arthur's word and law and the Brujah is just following orders.

*Some say Les has fallen further to the teachings of his clan and has started down the Path of Blood and has become a Diablerist and is actively hunting anyone with a Discipline he wants access too or with a lower generation then his own to further his journey to the bosom of Haqim.

*News from the Sewers seems to have the Nos in a tissy. Word has it something is going on below the city, and whatever it is, it's not good. Some speculations range from a mad Nos starting to make a move, others something not of Caine's blood, and still other's in a quieter tone speak of something worse then either... The Nictuku. Though those who hear those whispered fears usually scoff at it with a laugh, but those of clan Nosferatu aren't laughing, not in the slightest...

*A group of hunter has shown their face in town and are not only killing vampires in the Bronx and Queens areas, but in some cases taking them as hostages. No one is sure what reason they may have for their actions, or what they do with the vampires they manage to subdue, but word does have it Arthur has posted a bounty on their heads.

*There seems to be a new head of Clan Tremere that has more then a few wondering what game they are at. What is known is that it seems the new head of the Warlocks has never been known for any form of diplomacy in the past, instead taking a more hands and fire on approach to life... Many speculations abound, but the truth seems to be just out of reach of any of the gossips in Elysium.
